At Maxiglow, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or replacement as per the policy outlined below. Our simple and transparent return process is designed to give you a stress-free shopping experience.

Please note: Exchanges are only available for orders placed through www.maxiglow.pk

Exchange & Replacement Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only in case of damage or defect. Used products will not be eligible for replacement.
  • The original purchase receipt/invoice must be provided.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • If the correct order was delivered, the return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Items purchased through our website can only be exchanged online (not in physical stores).
  • All products are subject to quality assurance (QA) evaluation before exchange approval.
  • Exchange requests may take 5–7 business days to process.
  • In case of out-of-stock products, customers can either wait for restocking or opt for online store credit upon mutual agreement.
  • Maxiglow reserves the right to decline any exchange or replacement request that does not meet the above conditions.

Claims Policy

  • We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and accept claims under the following terms:
  • Claims for products purchased online will not be entertained at physical stores carrying Maxiglow products.
  • A claim must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Products purchased from retail outlets cannot be exchanged or replaced through our online store.
  • Customers are required to send the product back to Maxiglow for evaluation (delivery charges borne by the customer).
  • Claims will not be accepted for products that have already been exchanged/replaced once.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for claim.
  • Any product without a receipt or outside the specified claim window will not be entertained.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers will not qualify for claims.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers are not eligible for replacement or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Claim evaluation and decision may take up to 7 working days.
  • In case of a valid claim, compensation will be provided in the form of online store credit.

Online Store Credit

  • Online store credit will be issued under the following scenarios:
  • When a claim is approved.
  • If an exchange request cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
  • If a customer has paid online but did not receive the parcel.
  • If a customer has paid online but refused delivery and requested a refund.
